Start With Answers, Not Assumptions
Where Better Decisions Begin
If you feel unsure about your first visit, that’s completely normal. Your first visit is designed to give us a complete and detailed understanding of your oral health in a calm, unhurried setting.
Dr. Clark and our team take a thoughtful, detail oriented approach to dentistry. Before recommending any treatment, we focus on understanding your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health so every decision is based on your long-term health.
If you are visiting us for the first time, we want to make the process clear and easy to follow from the moment you arrive.
A Complete Look at Your Oral Health
A Warm Welcome
You will be welcomed by our team and guided through a smooth check in process. If your new patient forms are not completed in advance, we will help you complete them at the office.
Medical and Dental History Review
We review your medical history and dental history to ensure your care is safe, personalized, and tailored to your specific needs.
Dental X Rays and Imaging
Digital X-rays are taken to evaluate areas not visible during a clinical exam. This includes tooth roots, bone levels, and underlying dental structures.
Advanced Dental Records
We take advanced diagnostic records including:
- CBCT 3D scan for detailed bone and jaw evaluation
- Digital intraoral scan for a precise 3D model of your teeth
- Clinical photographs to document your smile and support treatment planning
These tools allow for highly accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Comprehensive Dental Exam and Results Review
Dr. Clark performs a full examination of your oral health. Then, he reviews all findings with you in clear, easy-to-understand terms, giving you a complete picture and the information needed to make confident decisions about your care.
Understanding the Financial Side of Care
Before any treatment begins, Dr. Clark and our team review your recommended treatment plan and explain all associated costs. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards for convenience.
We also offer third party financing through Sunbit and CareCredit which allows treatment costs to be broken into manageable monthly payments. In addition, we provide a membership plan for patients who prefer an alternative to traditional dental insurance.
If you have dental insurance, we can help you understand how your benefits may apply, even if we are not in-network. Many patients are still able to use their dental benefits toward their care.
