DDS — Lead Dentist
Dr. Clark is focused on helping patients understand their oral health and make informed decisions about their care. His approach centers on identifying the underlying causes of dental concerns and creating treatment plans that support long-term stability rather than short-term fixes.
He continues to advance his training through ongoing education in modern dentistry and technology, allowing him to bring a precise and up-to-date approach to everyday treatment.

Meet Our Team
Megan
Practice Manager
Megan has been part of the team since 2018, first as a dental assistant before stepping into her role as practice manager. With more than a decade of orthodontic experience and a background in dental insurance, she brings a deep understanding of both patient care and the day-to-day flow of the practice. She was inducted into the American Association of Dental Office Management Fellowship program in 2023 and continues to grow through the AADOM Mastermind group.
She lives in Caroline County with her husband, Justin, their three daughters, and their four dogs. Outside the office, she enjoys concerts, cheering on the Washington Capitals, traveling, camping, and spending time with family.
Tonya
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tonya joined the practice in 2019 after graduating with honors from the Dental Hygiene program at Northern Virginia Community College. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, especially those who feel nervous about dental visits.
Tonya stays active in her professional dental hygiene organizations and enjoys continuing education to keep growing in her field. Outside the office, she loves music festivals, RV camping, and spending time with her family, including her five children.
Kaitlyn
Dental Assistant
Kaitlyn joined the Smile Lake Anna team as a dental assistant in June 2024 and is known for her outgoing personality and welcoming energy. She enjoys connecting with patients and helping create a comfortable experience from the moment they arrive.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, riding tractors, and being around animals on the farm.
Kendal
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kendal returned to the Smile Lake Anna team in 2025 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University. She cares deeply about preventive care and enjoys helping patients build lifelong habits that support their health.
A Lake Anna native, Kendal loves spending time outdoors with her family and golden retrievers. She enjoys running, thrifting with her sister, serving in her church’s children’s ministry, and searching for the perfect caramel latte.
Melissa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa joined the practice in 2025 and quickly became a valued part of the hygiene team. She enjoys helping patients build healthier smiles while creating a welcoming and positive experience at every visit. Melissa loves forming strong relationships with patients and encouraging them through personalized education and care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering on their two sons at sporting events. As a family, they love beach days, football, and making memories with friends and family.
Jessica
Dental Assistant
Jessica has been part of the team since 2018 and brings a calm, friendly presence to every appointment. She enjoys helping patients feel at ease and building genuine connections during their visits.
Jessica lives in Caroline County with her husband, Chris, their three children, and their pets. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time at the beach with her family.
Sophie
Dental Assistant
Sophie is a graduate of an online dental assisting program and loves helping patients feel excited about their smiles. She brings warmth and positivity to the office and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for everyone she meets.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys riding her horses, spending sunny days at the lake, and attending country concerts.
Rebecca
Patient Coordinator
Rebecca brings more than 20 years of customer service experience and a natural ability to connect with people. She enjoys helping patients feel supported and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
She loves spending time at Lake Anna, traveling, and making memories with her husband, Chris, and their two sons, Troy and Trevor.
